Parisarada kathegalu

Currently I am reading Poorna Chandra Tejaswi's 'Parisarada kathegalu'. Its a lovely book of short stories on people and environment near his farm in Mudigere. Teejaswi starts the first chapter with quoting other people making remarks comparing his father to himself liek "Enthovarige entha maga" , etc. I always thought Teejaswi and Ullas Karanth would have faced comparision with their father. But both are good in their own areas, Teejaswi continued his fathers love for nature with bird watchiong, photography, short novels on life in Malnad. wheras Ullas Karanth involved himself completely into tiger conservation, he will be remembered as the person to bring in scientific study of population of tiger to india with his camera trap techniques, he also did a comprehensive study on prey predator relationships
